We also design INSULATED CONCRETE FORM (ICF) Homes. Insulating Concrete Forms (ICFs) are hollow blocks or panels made of plastic foam (Styrofoam) that construction crews stack into the shape of the exterior walls of a home. The combination of concrete, steel, and foam creates a very strong and energy-efficient structure.

The Process
The multi-step custom design process begins with an initial free consultation. After meeting we begin the conceptual phase, proceed to the design development and finally the construction/permit drawing stage.
1. Initial consultation:
Free consultation to define the scope of the project . We meet with clients listen to their wants and needs, clients can present photos, plans of desired designs to help in the process
2. Conceptual Phase and Design:
After the initial meeting we develop preliminary plans and front elevations for client review. We then meet again to discuss the plans, elevations and possible revisions at clients request. Once the client accepts the plan and elevations we proceed with the Design. We now develop detailed plans and elevations as agreed upon. Once plans are completed, we sit with client for a final review. We now move on to the next phase.
3. Construction/Permit Plans:
In this final phase we finalize the plans, elevations with construction notes, sections etc.. Along with the 4 sets of signed construction plans, we also give the client a signed Schedule 1 form. Schedule 1 is the designers BCIN registered information which is required from the Ontario Ministry of Housing and all other forms required by the municipality, to be issued with permit plans.
